Via Inmarsat:

We have been traveling down the South American coast both to minimize our
time in the ITCZ (doldrums) and to avoid the Galapagos. We have now turned.
We are now heading west (forever or 3170 nm) to the Marquesas. We are still
420 nm north of our goal. We will work our way south as we sail west. Fair
winds and following seas :)
