We used to race my Catalina 42 MK II wing keel sailboat. Now I live aboard and cruise it full time. The boys join me when they can.

You can get a sense of our boat by visiting the Catalina Yachts web site by clicking on this link. If you are into sailing you can also look at some of their newer and bigger boats and drool as we do! Of particular interest is that the 42 has 6'8" of headroom in the main cabin and 6'4" of headroom in the forward cabin. Since I am 6'6" tall being able to stand up in the main salon is a big deal.

We are also members of the Catalina 42 International Association. This is an owners association. The web site is (here.) You might take a few moments and browse their web site just for fun.
As a full time cruising sailor I also am a member of the Seven Seas Cruising Association. This is a group of people who either live aboard or hope to live aboard a boat sometime in the future. I am also a member of the Ocean Cruising Club, a group who have made an offshore passage of at least 1,000 nautical miles.
