A Cruising Community Wiki
A Wiki, according to the ultimate Wiki - Wikipedia is "a collection of web pages designed to enable anyone who accesses it to contribute or modify content, using a simplified markup language[1][2]. Wikis are often used to create collaborative websites and to power community websites."
Welcome to a Wiki for Cruisers created by CruiserLog at http://www.cruiserlog.com/wiki/index.php?title=Cruising_and_Sailing_Wiki_by_CruiserLog
Their request:
Please become involved in this project - add your information on countries, cruising regions, ports, marinas, immigration and customs procedures, anchorages, personal notes, passage notes and, even correcting spelling or grammatical errors is a great help. This Wiki is for the free use of all cruisers who may follow in your wake, so please contribute to this resource in the true "spirit of cruising" - to freely share information.
Visit YOUR Cruising Wiki: http://www.cruiserlog.com/wiki/
There is almost no information about Lake Michigan and the Great Lakes so go on over and add your contribution!
